There is a way to see who took the picture, but I won’t tell you.
I think #19 is at Hitachinaka Park, but that’s just a guess. We can find out once the winners are announced and photographers revealed.

Just some suggestions for months to the pictures…
No.8 would be good for June or July, peak beach season.
No. 12 is good for those as well – Marine Day in July?
No. 16 would be good for August – Natsu Matsuri times.
No. 15 and 4 looks good for spring times.
and 5 and 19 are pretty good for Autumn season.
